“Wanna” is the way native English speakers usually say “want to” and “want a.” When we talk, we like to shorten phrases that we use a lot. This kind of word is called a reduction, but that’s a bit geeky, isn’t it? You can use “wanna” instead of “want to” any time you speak English. You can also use it in text messages and emails to your friends. But, it’s better if you don’t use it in business emails, on your resume, or other formal writing.
